Most treatments take approximately 45–60 minutes after the IV has been placed. Please allow additional time for setup, medical review, and cleanup.
What do I need to provide?
Please provide a clean, well-lit area and a comfortable chair or seating space. Our team brings the treatment and necessary supplies.
Can you come to a hotel or office?
Yes, hotel and office visits may be available. The patient is responsible for confirming that the location permits outside medical services and provides a suitable private space.
Can multiple people book at the same location?
Yes. Additional patients at the same location may be added for a reduced setup fee. Larger groups and events require advance coordination and custom pricing.
Is same-day service available?
Same-day availability is not guaranteed and depends on staffing, travel distance, medical screening, and appointment volume.
Is every patient eligible for IV therapy?
No. All services require medical screening and provider approval. Treatment may be modified, postponed, or declined based on health history, symptoms, medications, allergies, or other clinical considerations.
